I didn't expect it appears in front of my eyes so early...
So I must get myself READY! My physical fitness, combat fitness and mental fitness...
In order to keep my fitness, I started with Running... I used the pre-programmed training of my running machine.... It was a 45min run starting with jogging speed to maintain in the speed of 9.6km/hr....I feel really good after the run... Maybe too long didn't have a proper exercise..... :p
